Refund Process

- All refunds are issued in cash only, matching the original cash-on-delivery payment.
- Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items or products not returned in original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Sale or promotional items, which are considered final sale
Exchanges
