Payment Method
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only accepted payment method.

  • Payment is made in full when your order is delivered.
  • Please prepare the exact cash amount, as delivery agents may not carry change.
  • Orders will not be handed over without full payment.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery time varies depending on the destination, but usually takes 7 to 15 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier service issues, incorrect delivery information, or local disruptions.

Returns and Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. Final-sale or discounted items are also non-returnable.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in processing or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
